When it comes to DROPS we all know how dangerous lifting operations can be. Prevention and planning are key elements to avoid any incidents. Some elements to be considered: check the loads thoroughly before loading/ unloading or lifting, secure tools and equipment when working at height and never place yourself within a drop zone or barriered area.
Ask yourself and your crew:

- What safety measures (i.e. procedures, controls/barriers) do we have in place to mitigate the risk?
- How do we know the risk controls/barriers are working?
