What happened?

A technician was loosening a bolt with a wrench on an offshore wind turbine generator (WTG).

The technician lost control of the wrench and slipped.

The technician's right elbow area caught a sharp edge of the busbar box and caused a cut.

The socket wrench provided did not have sufficient grip for handling bolts secured with thread locking compounds.

Sharp edges did not have to appropriate edge protection to prevent injury.
